Nickell Melo is the owner of Oasis Senior Advisors for Greater San Jose, where she provides compassionate, Free personalized guidance to families navigating senior living options. After a successful 35-year career in the tech industry, specializing in partner marketing roles at companies like Cisco, Juniper, and Plantronics, Nickell felt called to make a more meaningful impact. She transitioned from corporate life to business ownership, channeling her strategic and relationship-building skills into helping seniors and their families find the right care solutions.

Raised by entrepreneurial parents in Idaho, Nickell moved to San Jose at 17 and began her career in tech at 18. After earning her degree in Management and Operations while raising two children, she continued to advance her career but ultimately sought a path aligned with her passion for service. Throughout her journey, Nickell’s supportive husband of 32 years, family, and friends have stood by her side, encouraging her bold career transition and dedication to her community.

In addition to serving families, Nickell loves connecting the dots for new business owners and helping others grow in their careers. As a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and Alzheimer’s Association volunteer, she is committed to making a lasting, positive impact on the lives of others.
